Introduction:
Welcome to YOHO MOBILE eSIM! These Terms & Conditions outline the terms of use for YOHO MOBILE eSIM services. When you purchase a YOHO MOBILE eSIM for your trip, you are entering into a contractual agreement with YOHO MOBILE, referred to hereinafter as “We,” “us,” or “the Company.”

Before proceeding with your purchase by clicking “CHECK OUT,” please take a moment to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Service:

At YOHO MOBILE, we offer travel eSIM profiles (referred to as “eSIMs”) to global travelers who wish to stay connected during their journeys. Our eSIM is delivered in the form of a QR Code, not a physical SIM card, and is compatible with specific devices listed in our eSIM-compatible list.

2. Pricing:

The eSIM price will vary, depending on the country and type of plan you choose.
The eSIM price is clearly announced on YOHO MOBILE’s website, along with detailed information describing the corresponding eSIM.
The prices are posted on our Website and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
You will not be able to use these plans when their data is used up or their expiration date has come.

3. Payment

Any bank charges incurred during your payment for our eSIMs are your responsibility. In the event of a billing dispute, you must submit a written statement to YOHO MOBILE at least 7 days before the payment due date, listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each one.
Any amounts not disputed or confirmed by a final court judgment will be considered accepted and must be paid within 7 days. YOHO MOBILE is committed to resolving such disputes promptly and in good faith.

4. Cancellation and Refund

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so without incurring any penalties as long as you do it before making the payment or before receiving your eSIM QR Code.
Once your eSIM QR code has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may be eligible for a refund if there is an error in our eSIM that has been reported to our Support Team but cannot be rectified.
Please ensure you check your email spam or Promotion folder if you cannot find the eSIM email in your primary inbox or contact us for assistance. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 10 business days to process.

5. Entire Agreement

This agreement, combined with our Privacy Statement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yohomobile.com, superseding any prior agreements, statements, or representations regarding YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. Any failure to enforce a provision of this Agreement does not waive the right to enforce it later.

No waivers, amendments, or modifications made by you are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by local government laws.
